Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You can view the exact cost at checkout.
To place an order, simply pick your items of choice, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process. Our checkout process is easy and straightforward. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any issues.
Check your order status by logging into your account or use the tracking link sent to your email.
If your order hasn’t been shipped, contact us immediately to change the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Changes are not possible once the order is shipped.
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Currently, we ship to all 50 states in the US for a flat rate.
We do ship internationally. However, our international items get shipped from the USA to everywhere in the world. See checkout for shipping cost details.
If you don’t see your country at checkout, i.e. it says it can not ship to you, please chat with us or shoot us an email at [email protected] and we will work to get that added.
No Refunds or Exchanges: At Hello Best Self, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products. This policy helps us to maintain the highest quality standards.
